Best, Best & Krieger LLP and Merrill Lynch are co-sponsoring an extensive ongoing seminar series on all aspects of estate and financial planning geared to the specific and unique concerns of the LGBT community. The eight sessions will take place monthly from November 2007 through June 2008, alternating between the Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs and the Rancho Las Palmas Resort in Rancho Mirage. Each session will focus on one key topic, presented by BB&K estate planning attorney Joseph Hahn and Merrill Lynch financial advisors Mark Marshall and Daniel Lass, with occasional guest speakers.
